These terms apply to the website alohalabs.ca and to apps published by ALOHA LABS INC., a corporation based in Alberta, Canada. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Apps and the App Store
Our apps are licensed to you through Apple’s App Store and are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If these terms and Apple’s EULA conflict, Apple’s EULA applies to the app.
Subscriptions
Some apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse our apps or website, attempt to break their security, or use them for anything unlawful.
No professional advice
Study and exam-prep apps are practice tools. They are not affiliated with any testing authority and don’t guarantee results.
Disclaimer and liability
Our apps and website are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ALOHA LABS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
