Privacy Policy

ALOHA LABS INC. (“ALOHA LABS”, “we”, “us”) is a corporation based in Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through our website alohalabs.ca and our iPhone and Mac apps, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Purchases. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple shares limited purchase information with us (for example, whether a subscription is active).
- App usage and diagnostics. Some apps collect anonymous or pseudonymous usage data and crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve features.
- Advertising. Some free apps show ads served by third-party networks, which may use device identifiers as permitted by your device settings. On iPhone, you can control tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Content you create. Unless an app clearly says otherwise, files, recordings and notes you create stay on your device or in your own iCloud account.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our apps, process subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We work with trusted providers for app distribution and payments (Apple), subscription management, analytics, crash reporting and advertising. They may process data only to provide their services to us.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@alohalabs.ca. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple Account settings.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
